NCD MASTERS SQUAD CRITERIA
• Ability to demonstrate all four strokes to a reasonable standard.
• Capable of using a pace clock during training sessions in order to complete time structured sets.
• Competing as at the discretion of the swimmer.
• For swimmers 18+ years.
