NCD INTERMEDIATE SQUAD CRITERIA
• Ability to demonstrate all four strokes to a reasonable standard.
• Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of swim skills (turns and dives).
• Capable of putting learned skills into practise during sessions.
• Guideline – Entry to Intermediate and local meets.
